8. Payments & Digital Product Delivery

  • β€’Digital products are delivered via a downloadable link, either by email after checkout or via the customer’s account on shop.azizam.ai.
  • β€’At checkout, users must explicitly agree to the following: "I understand that once the digital product is delivered, I lose my statutory right to cancel this purchase."
  • β€’Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible once delivery has occurred, except where required by law.
