- You own the final customised version tailored to your business (branding, prompts, data structures, configuration).
- You can use it in your internal workflows or business operations.
⚠️ Azizam.AI Retains:
- •Ownership of general logic, frameworks, reusable code, automation structures, and development techniques used to build the solution.
- •The right to reuse these elements in future projects (without using your business data or branding).
🔒 Privacy & Confidentiality:
- •If the project includes sensitive or private business information, we will not disclose it.
- •We will NOT show or publish your custom project (portfolio, case study, social media) without your written or email permission.
5. Payments & Pricing
- •Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- •We do not store full card details.
- •All prices are shown in GBP (or currency displayed at checkout). Taxes may apply depending on region.
6. Delivery of Digital Products
- •Digital products are delivered via a downloadable link, either by email after checkout or via the customer’s account on shop.azizam.ai.
- •In some cases, access may be provided through both email and account-based delivery.
If you do not receive access to your digital product, or if delivery fails for technical reasons, please contact us at support@azizam.ai with proof of purchase (such as a Stripe receipt or invoice ID).
We will make reasonable efforts to verify the purchase and restore access or resend the product.
7. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
